High definition appearance inspection
The HD Visaul detection equipment is a 16 megapixel, 1/2.33-inch imported Panasonic CMOS image sensor with a field of view wider than 1/3 inch. It can also output HDMI 1080P 60 frame images (camera resolution 4608 * 3456).
Final functional testing
Compare the delayed output function signal and high/low voltage of IC products. Measure the DC characteristic curve and repetitive peak reverse voltage of MOSFET \ Diode \ TRANSIST \ IGBT \ TRIAC products.
Open/short circuit test
To test the lower diode connected to VSS, use PMU to force a negative current of approximately -100 μ A. If the measurement result is below -1.5V to detect an open circuit, set the lower limit of the PMU test to fail.
Programming testing

X-ray and ROHS testing
X-RAY equipment can confirm whether it is suitable for wafer, wire bonding, and chip bonding. ROHS testing can be used to confirm whether the product pins and the solder coating of photovoltaic equipment are environmentally friendly.
chemical analysis
Acetone, alcohol, nitric acid, and sulfuric acid are used as chemical raw materials for analysis. We use acetone to scrub the surface of the components in a certain direction and a fixed number of times to ensure that the components have not been reprocessed or reworked.
